About Janzi4Hope
Founded in 2023 by visionary Ugandan artist and cultural ambassador Ssewakiryanga James, widely known as Ssewa Ssewa, the Janzi4Hope Foundation is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting the most vulnerable members of our society.
Rooted in the heart of Uganda, our foundation believes in the power of community, resilience, and actionable hope. Just as the Janzi instrument brings distinct strings together to create powerful harmony, Janzi4Hope brings together resources, volunteers, and community leaders to orchestrate meaningful change. We are driven by the conviction that every individual deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their socioeconomic background, and we work tirelessly to bridge the gap between disparity and opportunity.

Education and Youth Empowerment: We believe education is the greatest equalizer. We provide scholastic materials, school fee interventions, and mentorship programs to ensure that children from disadvantaged backgrounds can stay in school and unlock their full potential.
